  My partner and I walked in looking to finance a new car. I had all of my paperwork ready and organized, complete with steady and abundant account balances. We were set up with Marcia. She was terrible to us. She treated us like we were stupid for coming in there. She didn't stand up to shake our hands. She scoffed at my credit score-which I was open about the fact that I am financing to build my credit even though I could pay for a car in cash. We were recommend by a friend and branch manager of our bank to finance through Prairie land, and I really regret ever stepping foot in there. We both have worked in customer service for years, and Marcia missed the mark on all standards.

  I like banking here and everyone is always really nice but no lobby hours on Saturday which is ridiculous how any working person going to get anything done? Also better to deal with them in person than over the phone more gets done that way. Have a loan through them when paid off will most likely switch banks.
