  Talk about coming in and lack of communication... having to change bank cards and account numbers is ridiculous to being with, but taking away member only features is just a slap in the face. I have both my mortgage and regular bank accounts and one of the few things I liked was being able to click a 'pay it now' button to pay my mortgage from my checking account. This was taken away as soon as PNC took over and not communicated so when I went to pay my account, it was gone.. I had to sign up for their horrible 'bill pay' system and off course my payment was late. Not all late fees were returned to me either! The crazy part is their bill pay actually cuts a check and mails it to themselves! My little late fee refund was in the form of a check to me from my own bank?? Talk about inefficiency! Was told they were going to add that back in and I now keep getting different stories from different people about yes they are or no they are not. Oh, I can sign up for electronic funds processing like any non-PNC customer, but why shoudl I let them make my decision on when to make my payment? Oh, I can make payments online, but depending on the date, I have to pay fees if it's past the 1st.. IMAGINE THAT??? I actually miss National City NOW!!

  They asked me open a checking and saving account and I will get $200 if I make it as my salary account and there is direct deposit from my Employer. I did as per what the banker told but did not get any money and when I asked them they start giving excuse. I feel they are really unprofessional and do not say as they commit.Because of them the reputation of the bank spoils and customer looses trust to the bank.
