- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been trying to get a letter from the health department to clear a septic system that has been inspected and cleared. I was told the 17th I would have a letter and it is now the 22nd and still nothing. I offered to pick it up at their office or have them send it over email. The lender on the property has stated that the loan will not close without this letter and the health department says there is nothing they can do. I asked what needed to happen on their end and what the hold up was. They stated that a letter needed to be written and signed by their director, but he has not had time. Now the buyers are not going to be able to close and have no place to live. Thanks for your hard work! What a joke!By Ryan Esposito, September 16, 2017
